The e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth can not be underestimated.

We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our E-commerce Operations team in the US, to build an e-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users. Responsibilities

  • Assist Strategic Partner Managers (SPMs) in the development and execution of top Creator activations.
  • Contribute to the implementation of e-commerce content strategy and audience growth plans for top Creators under the guidance of SPMs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate requests and ensure the seamless execution of specific activations and programs.
  • Contribute to data analysis efforts, providing insights and proposing solutions to enhance program performance.
  • Participate in the delivery of activation and program reporting to the organization.
  • Contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and recap reports for internal and cross-functional use.
  • Oversee and manage projects from conception to completion including setting targets, timelines, implementation strategies, budget and resource allocation.
  • Receive and implement 1:1 feedback from direct reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis as directed.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of TikTok's platform, content creators, and audience, with a willingness to learn and develop further expertise.
  • Organized and capable of presenting well structured projects.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Strategic thinking and consulting background appreciated.
  • Capability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience in digital marketing, influencer/creator management, e-Commerce, or a related field
  • An adaptable, cooperative attitude and an eagerness to learn and adapt.
  • Familiarity with content creation, video production, and editing is considered a plus.
  • Knowledge of live shopping, if applicable, is beneficial.
