Job Description
Sales Enablement professionals empower IBM sellers and business partners with information, techniques, and assets to optimize buyer interactions to build relationships, generate pipeline, progress opportunities, and close deals.
In addition to developing content across all IBM Technology pillars and working with the larger team on developing key enablement assets, Technology Sales Enablement professionals help establish standards, build reports, and develop processes to help generate the sales enablement assets that sellers and partners can use in their client interactions.
Responsibilities
Specific Responsibilities
- Understand the IBM Technology Sales Enablement mission and business strategies and apply that understanding to ensuring that enablement standards are met, processes are followed, and to track and communicate the status of asset development
- Own various project reports and team documents (web pages, presentations, spreadsheets, Trello cards) to ensure that operational activities remain on track
- Drive various project requirements, as needed
- Own and manage timely data collection and reporting
- Create Executive-level presentations and score cards, as needed
- Be an independent self-starter with the ability to think creatively, collaborate effectively, and overcome obstacles to meet deliverables with minimum oversight and direction
