Job Description
An entry-level developer position that designs, develops, secures, and troubleshoots Power Platform solutions, including application enhancements, custom user experience, system integrations, data conversions, custom process automation, and custom visualizations. A Junior Applications Developer also assists other developers as needed, allowing them to acquire new skillsets and grow as a developer in technologies such as React and .NET.
Responsibilities
- Develop business solutions by designing and developing inside of Microsoft’s Power Platform while learning and assisting with projects in React and .NET
- Develop business flows by studying needs, conferring with users, and examining data usage, and work processes.
- Follow the software development lifecycle.
- Provide ongoing maintenance, support, and enhancements inside empirical’s Azure tenant.
- Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Skills and Abilities
- Experience with Microsoft’s Power Platform specifically Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Bi.
- Ability to analyze current business processes and optimize efficiencies using available technologies and most current industry practices.
Demonstrated Competencies
- Attention to detail, self-directed, and able to function in a multi-task team environment.
- Strong logical thinking.
- Ability to communicate with all levels of employees in written and verbal communication.
- Must have regular and punctual attendance.

Experience: Basic understanding of application development and programming
Education: Currently pursuing a degree or certificate in a relative discipline or recent graduate
