Responsibilities
You will report to the Harmony team and build systems to coordinate the management of memory, compute, bandwidth and other limited resources across the entire engine. You will use your knowledge of real-time systems in diverse technical domains in the pursuit of improving the user experience. You will help improve the responsiveness and robustness of every Roblox experience.
- Gain knowledge of system performance on diverse hardware, directly building telemetry and algorithms to measure & improve our system performance.
- Learn cross-team collaboration with data scientists to analyze large datasets, and build metric dashboards that tell a better story, identify and quantify data quality problems
- Work on all the devices Roblox supports - from desktop to mobile phone to console

Job Requirements
- Pursued or pursuing an undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering or a related field
- Amazing systems-level C++ programming skills
- Knowledge of low level details across all platforms
- Experience with data analysis and statistics desirable
- Experience in control theory for systems desirable
